Coaching is about partnering with you to understand and manage your ADHD symptoms; identify your strengths, values and goals; and develop strategies and structures to make positive changes in your life.
Still not sure if coaching is for you? The best way to find out for sure is to try it. To this end, I have set aside several 30-minute sessions each week for meet and greets. You can use this time to meet me, ask questions and/or tryout a mini coaching session:
